My Availability

I work every day except Sunday and Monday. I take my first appointment at 10am, and the last appointment at 7pm Tuesday through Saturday.

For those of you who practice Ashtanga yoga, I would be delighted to have you join me at LifePower Yoga for 6am Mysore practice with John Salisbury on Mon, Wed, and Fri, and 6am Led practice with Scott Page on Tues and Thurs, and 10am Led practice with John Salisbury on Sat.
