Rustic Sage Closed but...
My Services Are Still Available!
Many of you may already know, Rustic Sage Healing Haven in downtown Scottsdale is now closed. Fortunately, as a massage therapist for over 15 years, I can still offer you my massage services in my home studio, and I am also available to come to your home.
For those who prefer a downtown Scottsdale location, I can also be found in an office near the Civic Center Library. Please call 602-334-1919 or email me for details.

In April, I posted videos of my bodywork on YouTube. I encourage you to check out these videos, if you haven't already. You will see me demonstrating Thai massage, deep tissue massage (with an emphasis on muscle stripping,) and Chinese cupping.
Chinese cupping has proven to be extremely beneficial to my deep tissue clients with chronic pain. We usually apply just ten to fifteen minutes of cupping on the back, neck, and shoulders during the regular massage treatment.

Traditional Thai Massage
In August, I attended a five day Thai massage workshop with Richard Gold at the Esalen Institute in Northern California. It was a wonderful review of much of the work I had studied last summer when I spent 30 days practicing Traditional Thai massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand. If you haven't yet experienced Thai massage, I highly recommend it! You can learn more about Traditional Thai massage and its benefits on my website.
