Old Policy
Once your appointment is booked, time has been reserved in my schedule specifically for you. This may seem obvious to most, but, for everyone else, please respect that my time is valuable. There are others who could be receiving a treatment during the time that I have committed to you.
Obviously, life happens and things come up that cause us to have to change our plans. Should a conflict arise, please be considerate enough to notify me as soon as you become aware that you are unable to keep your appointment.
I do not specifically charge for no-shows and late cancellations because, fortunately, it rarely happens. However, for those of you who are unable to keep your appointment, and who do not adequately notify me in a timely manner, I will accept payment (or a portion thereof) for the missed treatment. I leave it up to you. You can pay the next time you see me, or you may feel free to mail me the payment at the address above, or you may select a payment using the PayPal buttons above.
